Dr Shailesh Upreti

Dr Upreti is an expert in energy storage technology and former member of the US Department of Energy’s Frontier Research Center at Binghamton University in New York.

He holds multiple technology patents and is published in 70 international journals and holds multiple US patents and their foreign equivalents in more than 30 countries. He has worked with the New York State Energy Research and Development Agency and the US Army’s Research Development and Engineering Command.

Dr Upreti has nearly 20 years of extensive business experience in the Lithium- ion industry which includes bringing new products to market, business development, lithium-ion supply chain and industry networking, downstream processing, and investigating organizational performance gaps.

Recently Dr Upreti won the prestigious 76West Clean energy competition. The competition boasts the largest clean energy innovation prize worldwide.

Mr Corey Cooney

Mr Corey Cooney has played an integral role in the establishment and development of several organisations operating in the Asia Pacific region for the last 14 years. Corey’s career has been in the fields of Energy, Property and Finance, having been involved in property developments with gross realizable values in excess of a $5 billion throughout Australasia.

Corey is an Executive Director of the China Venture Group and an integral part of the Property, Infrastructure and Funds Management Divisions. The China Venture Group of companies are now responsible for the planning and delivery of circa 3000 dwellings.

Corey is also a Director of CV Funds Management which holds an Australian Financial Services License with both a retail and wholesale capacity. CV Funds Management currently controls and manages projects in Australia worth several hundred million dollars.

Corey was a Director at Conrad Properties, which is New Zealand’s largest apartment developer. There he delivered Conrad’s Asian expansion strategy and distribution platform. Conrad has developed and sold in excess of 4,000 commercial and residential units in Auckland and Wellington, New Zealand.

In addition, Corey is a Director of Boston Global and Boston Energy and Innovation

Mr Frank Poullas

Mr Frank Poullas has spent the last 20 years working in the technology, financial services and mining sectors for large organisations based in Asia, Europe, Australia and the United States. During this time, he has held various senior roles within these groups and has added share holder value.

Mr Poullas oversaw the growth of Magnis Resources from having a market capitalisation of less than A$10 million to over A$400 million in the space of 4 years and the company is now part of the ASX300 index.

Currently Mr Poullas is the Chairman of ASX Listed Magnis Resources (ASX:MNS) and holds ownership in various entities mainly involved in the mining and technology sectors including a highly successful IT Services group.
